钢辊
迈辉所生产的钢辊经过高精度的动静平衡校正,可提供高速运转的高强度钢辊。结构可为空心或连轴式、双层结构通水辊,钢辊表面可为工业硬铬表面、特弗龙、橡胶层、超镜面镀铬表面。产品直径可由Φ30mm~Φ2000mm,长度可至12000mm,产品经过高精度磨床精磨表面,经过特殊镜面抛光处理,表面粗糙度可低至Ra0.01(超镜面)。
Steel roll
The steel rolls produced by Maihui are calibrated by high precision dynamic and static balance, which can provide high strength steel rolls with high speed operation. The structure can be hollow or shaft type, double structure water roller, steel roller surface can be industrial hard chrome surface, Teflon, rubber layer, super mirror chrome plating surface. The diameter of the product can be from Φ30mm to Φ2000mm, the length can be up to 12000mm, the product is polished by a high-precision grinder, and the surface roughness can be as low as Ra0.01(super mirror).
加工工艺
一、组件焊接:
组焊内板、轴头、衬套、堵板、内管等,内管做静平衡50g之内,内管划旋向线,焊扁钢流道。
二、配车、装、焊接:
配车内管、尺寸与外管过盈0.4mm,两幅板倒焊缝角15X30度,打磨内管,清渣、检验内管尺寸与外管内径尺寸是否相适应,热套到位,待冷却收缩后,整体组焊。(注:45#钢焊前加温,焊后保温)
三、退火、粗车、淬火:
退火热处理,工艺调质,多重去应力,粗车留余量,做静平衡,大于50g,需要计算借偏量,上车床借车。淬火:表面硬度要求HRC58°- 60°,辊面无龟裂纹。
四、精车、粗磨:
两轴头修顶针孔,两轴头对辊面跳动,<0.05,按图要求加工长度到尺寸,外圆放余量,0.5—0.6。磨支撑圆做托架位,按图要求磨辊面尺寸,Ra0.5两轴头对辊面跳动<0.02。
五、动平衡、电镀、精磨:
做动平衡G40级,封堵透气孔,做压力实验无泄漏,做水压畅通实验。电镀硬铬,单边0.15铬层均匀无针孔,脱落等缺陷。精磨两轴头,两轴承挡对辊面跳动<0.01粗糙度0.8。其余轴头各挡位磨到公差范围。
六、磨砂、精磨镜面:
用圆盘磨床磨砂辊面,检验辊面,无水波纹、螺旋纹、针眼、苍蝇租等暇质。上抛光机床,抛辊面至粗糙度Ra0.01—0.005(光洁度达14级)做到超镜面。镀铬抛光后硬度HRC62°。
Processing technology
1. Component welding:
Weld inner plate, shaft head, bushing, plugging plate, inner tube, etc., the inner tube does static balance within 50g, the inner tube is swivel line, and the flat steel runner is welded.
Second, car allocation, installation, welding:
The inner tube, size and outer tube interference are 0.4mm, the weld Angle of the two plates is 15X30 degrees, the inner tube is polished, the slag is removed, the inner tube size and the inner diameter of the outer tube are checked to see whether they are compatible, the hot sleeve is in place, and the whole welding is assembled after cooling and shrinking. (Note: 45# steel heating before welding, heat preservation after welding)
Third, annealing, rough turning, quenching:
Annealing heat treatment, process tempering, multiple stress removal, rough car allowance, static balance, greater than 50g, need to calculate the offset, the lathe borrowing. Quenching: Surface hardness requirements HRC58° -60 °, roll surface without turtle cracks.
Four, fine car, rough grinding:
Two shaft head repair pinhole, two shaft head to roll surface runout, <0.05, according to the requirements of the drawing processing length to size, circular allowance, 0.5-0.6. The grinding support circle is used as the bracket position, and the size of the grinding roll surface is required according to the drawing. The runout of the Ra0.5 axle head to the roll surface is <0.02.
Five, dynamic balance, electroplating, fine grinding:
Do the dynamic balance G40 level, block the porosity, do the pressure test without leakage, do the water pressure smooth test. Hard chromium plating, 0.15 chromium layer on one side uniform without pinholes, falling off and other defects. Fine grinding of two shaft heads, two bearing stop roller surface runout <0.01 roughness 0.8. Grinding the rest of the shaft head to the tolerance range of each gear.
Six, frosted, fine grinding mirror:
Use a disk grinder to sand the roller surface, check the roller surface, no water ripple, spiral grain, needle eye, fly rent and other materials. Polishing machine, polishing roller surface to roughness RA0.01-0.005 (finish up to 14) to achieve super mirror. Hardness HRC62° after chrome plating polishing.
